Online Payment Facility - It's simple, It's secure and It's hassle-free.

  1. Log into our secure customer portal "myMetLife Alico" using your user ID and password.
  2. Select the policy for which premiums are due and click on the “Pay Online” option
  3. You will be redirected to a secure page for premium payment.
  4. Pay your premium using your Debit or Credit card
  5. Once you complete the payment, you will receive an online transaction confirmation and a Transaction Reference Number. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of the payment.

Don't have access to myMetLife Alico ?

Not a problem. You can now get your access to our secure portal by  

  • Writing to us requesting for a password by using the "Contact us" option on our website or
  • E-mailing us at service-oman@metlifealico.com or
  • Speaking to one of our Customer Service Professionals by calling 800 70708 or
  • Faxing us a signed request at +968 2 470 0463 or
  • Dropping us a line at
    Customer Care, MetLife Alico, Crescent Tower Bldg, 15th Floor, P.O. Box 5984, Sharjah - UAE  

Your password mailer will be sent to the email address we have on our records and you should receive it within 1 day after completion of our verification call.

No matter how you get in touch with us, do remember that we will need: 

  • The policy number(s) against which you wish to receive the password. If you have more than one policy with us, please provide all your policy numbers
  • Your contact phone number for us to conduct our verification call before issuing your password
